Welcome to the Lunar Client July Recap! This month has been packed with thrilling updates and enhancements designed to elevate your gaming experience. From major improvements for Bedrock Edition players to exciting new features for Java, July 2024 has been a standout month for Lunar Client. Dive into this recap to explore all the latest changes, including advancements in mod support, fresh cosmetic collections, and quality-of-life updates.

Launcher Updates
The Launcher has received some slight redesigns with the introduction of Launchpad. This feature provides users with quick access to various resources that includes Social Media Links, Resourcepacks.gg, and even the Moonsworth Website.
Additionally, you can now see the active number of players using the client at any given time. A new breadcrumb path allows for easy navigation back to different sections of the Launcher with just a single click. For our Mac OS users, familiar traffic light indicators have also been added at the top of the Launcher.
Skyblock Mod Enhancements
Our development team has been working on improvements to the Skyblock mod, ensuring that players enjoy a seamless experience while playing Hypixel Skyblock. Here are some of the new features:
Chocolate Factory Display Features
The new display features for the Chocolate Factory have been designed to help you climb the leaderboards more effectively. Upon opening the menu, you'll notice all your factory stats displayed on the left side, including your current chocolate, total chocolate produced during your prestige, and your all-time chocolate production.
These features are fully customizable, allowing you to hide certain options or alter the color and design of your stats. You can also view the level of each rabbit at a glance, making it easier to decide which upgrades will yield the best results.
Farming Made Easier
Farming in Skyblock has become much simpler with the latest updates. You can see the angle you're looking at by holding a tool with either the cultivating enchant or one that displays your crop counter. This feature is particularly useful for positioning yourself correctly while farming.
You can also lock your mouse to prevent accidental movements that could throw you off your farming game.
Puzzle Solvers
We’re excited to introduce our new puzzle solvers for Skyblock! This feature makes it incredibly easy to navigate through dungeons, providing helpful displays for every secret. Say goodbye to the frustration of looking up guides; now you can effortlessly solve puzzles from tic-tac-toe to ice paths and the three weirdos.
Not Enough Updates (NEU) Update
Lastly, our version of Not Enough Updates has been updated to the latest release. This update resolves several bugs, ensuring a smoother experience. You can try it out by launching the Forge addon inside version 1.8.
OptiFine Support
We've also expanded our support for OptiFine to include some of the newer versions of the game. You can now launch versions 1.20.2, 4, and 6 with OptiFine through the launcher. For dedicated OptiFine fans, this means you won’t miss out on any features while playing the latest versions. We’ll be adding support for version 1.21 as soon as it’s released.
Hosted Worlds Update
One of the most exciting updates this month is the enhancement of the hosted worlds feature. Previously, only friends on Lunar Client could join your hosted worlds, but now friends on Java and Bedrock can join your hosted worlds! Simply head to any singleplayer world of your choice and click the Host World button in the Escape menu. Change the settings to your liking, and make sure to set the privacy option to everyone.
Share the IP with your friends, and they can jump right in regardless of the platform they’re on! If you’re a Lunar+ subscriber, you can host up to 12 players in your world, making it easier to gather all your friends. Check out this article for more information on Hosted Worlds.
