Hypixel Skyblock is a gamemode where you start off on your Private Island with nothing. As you gather resources and progress, you get to unlock more islands and new content. Since the game is always changing, there are many different areas for you to delve into, which can become overwhelming. In this article, we’ll cover some essential Lunar Client mods to enhance your Hypixel Skyblock experience.
Hypixel Skyblock Mod by Lunar Client
Lunar Client provides a built-in mod available on all versions with many quality of life features for Hypixel’s Skyblock gamemode. To access this mod, simply go into the Lunar Client mod menu by pressing the Right Shift key and search for the Hypixel Skyblock mod using the search bar in the top right. Read on to find out how you can utilize specific features from the mod for different parts of the game.
Farming Features
1.12 Crop Hitboxes
This feature changes the crop hitboxes with the 1.12+ variant, so crop hitboxes are bigger and easier to destroy when farming.
Farming HUD
Shows relevant information about the crop you’re farming. This includes how many crops you’re breaking and receiving per hour, your Farming XP gain, and the time required to reach the next or even max Crop Milestone. This feature requires a farming tool with a counter or the Cultivating enchantment to work.
Angle HUD
Displays the precise angle you’re looking at, helping you find the perfect one for farming a specific crop.
Lock Mouse Movement
Allows you to lock your camera movement with a single keybind.
Crop Drops HUD
Tracks how many Cropie, Squash and Fermento drops you receive while farming.
Dicer RNG HUD
Tracks Pumpkin or Melon Dicer RNG drops and displays them on the HUD.
Garden Visitor HUD
This feature displays the current number of visitors in your Garden and when the next visitor will arrive directly on the HUD.
Max Visitor Notification
This feature will ensure you don’t forget to attend to your visitors when the queues are full, so you don’t miss out on any new visitors by sending a title alert on your screen.
Visitor Shopping List HUD
Organizes the items your visitors need into a neat list after you talk to them, so you won’t forget how much of each item you need to buy, saving you a few trips to the grocery store!
Visitor Tracker HUD
Logs information about visitors in your Garden, including how many you accept or deny, their rarity, Farming and Garden XP gained, Copper and Bits earned, and any rare drops they may reward you with.
Composter Display HUD
This feature displays your Composter information on the HUD, which will allow you to see how much fuel, composter, organic matter, and exactly how much time is left until the next Compost is created.
Mining Features
Highlight Finished Commissions
Highlights your completed Commissions in the Commissions menu, so you don’t have to hover over each one.
Powder Tracker HUD
Tracks the amount of Mithril, Gemstone, or Glacite Powder you get during a session and calculates your Powder rates. You can reset your session manually or set it to automatically reset after a period of inactivity.
Crystal Hollows Map HUD
Creates a neat map with all the Crystal Hollows locations that lets you see your position.
Wishing Compass Helper
Estimates the location of an important Crystal Hollows structure with just two Wishing Compass uses. Make sure you’re in the correct area for your desired structure and have the Waypoints mod enabled.
Metal Detector Solver
Stand still in the Mines of Divan with your Metal Detector in hand, and this feature will highlight the location of the next treasure chest. If you have the Waypoints mod enabled, it will even create a waypoint for it, so you won’t miss it.
Glacite Commission Helper
Shows you a path to the nearest area where you can finish your commission in the Glacite Tunnels.
Slayer Features
Slayer Mini-Boss Alert
This feature sends an alert to your screen when you spawn a mini-boss while attempting the slayer bosses.
Slayer Boss Timer
Sends a chat message upon Slayer quest completion that tells you how long it took you to defeat the boss.
Voidgloom Slayer Features
Cancel Enderman Teleports in End
Stops the client-side visual bug of Endermen panic teleporting, making your fighting experience much smoother.
Color Voidgloom by Phase
Changes the Voidgloom Seraph’s color, depending on its phase.
Show Voidgloom Health HUD
Shows the Voidgloom Seraph’s remaining health as a HUD for better accessibility.
Highlight Yang Glyph & Yang Glyph Alert
These features highlight the Yang Glyph (beacon block) and send an alert when it spawns, helping you spot and quickly deactivate it before it kills you instantly.
Highlight Nukekubi Heads
Highlights Nukekubi Heads spawned by the tier 3 and tier 4 bosses, making them easier to spot and deactivate before you lose too much health.
Radiation Timer
Tells you how much time is left until the boss’s Broken Heart Radiation phase ends.
Hide Other’s Broken Heart Radiation
Lets you hide guardian beams coming from other people’s bosses during the Broken Heart Radiation phase of a tier 4 boss, ensuring they don’t get in your way.
Boss Priority List
Allows you to choose whose boss all the aforementioned features will display on. This is especially useful when you are helping your friends.
Show Inactive Effigy Waypoints
Creates waypoints for inactive Blood Effigies in the Stillgore Château location of the Rift Dimension, allowing you to find and break them quickly because every second in the Rift counts! Blood Effigies provide extra Rift Damage, making them crucial for defeating the Riftstalker Bloodfiend boss. Note that the Waypoints mod must be enabled for this feature to work.
Steak Display
Highlights a Riftstalker Bloodfiend boss when it’s at 20% of its health, so you can one-tap it with a Steak Stake.
Ichor Display
Highlights Blood Ichors that are present in the tier 5 Riftstalker Bloodfiend boss fight.
Dungeon Features
Dungeon Map Overlay
Turns the Dungeon Map into a HUD element, which lets you navigate through the Catacombs without having to hold the map. You can replace the marker showing your position with your player head and display additional information about the current score under the map.
Starred Mob Highlights
Helps you identify mobs with a star next to their name, which you need to kill to clear a Dungeon room and progress through the floor.
Outline Dungeon Doors
Outlines doors in rooms, so you can navigate the Dungeon better and differentiate openable doors from unopenable ones.
Blood Camp Helper
Predicts where and when mobs spawned by The Watcher in the Blood Room will appear.
Spirit Leap Overlay
Lets you see player names in the Spirit Leap menu without having to hover over heads, along with allowing you to highlight a specific class or player to easily distinguish your party members.
Dungeon Secret Waypoints
Shows waypoints for secrets in Dungeon rooms, so you no longer have to worry about forgetting their locations.
Dungeon Secret Bat Helper
Enlarges bats and shows their hitboxes to make them more noticeable.
Dungeon Puzzle Solvers
Offers a collection of solvers for all types of puzzles you may encounter, helping you tackle them quickly and efficiently.
Dungeon Score Notifications
Displays an alert on your screen when you reach 270 and 300 score. You can also choose to have it automatically announced in chat for your teammates. Additionally, there’s an option to override Paul’s EZPZ mayor perk (grants 10 bonus score), allowing you to forcefully turn it on or off.
Dungeon Timer
This option, found under the Timer feature, times how long each section of the Dungeon takes from start to finish.
Spirit Bear Spawn Timer
Tells you when the Spirit Bear in the Floor 4 boss fight will spawn, so you’re ready to kill it and get the Spirit Bow needed to damage Thorn.
Highlight Spirit Bow
Highlights the dropped Spirit Bow in the Floor 4 boss fight, making it easier to spot.
Correct Livid Solver
Highlights the real Livid boss in the Floor 5 boss fight, eliminating confusion about which boss is the correct one to kill.
Show Giant HP At Feet
Shows the health of the Floor 6 Giants at their feet instead of above their head for increased visibility.
Floor 7 Terminal Solvers
Provides solvers for all terminals and devices encountered in the Goldor phase of Floor 7. The Block Wrong Clicks option prevents you from making any mistakes and potentially slowing down the run.
M7 Dragon Features
Adds useful features for the Dragons in the final stage of the Master Mode Floor 7 boss fight, such as spawn timers, alerts when a Dragon is spawning or ready to be killed, and health displays.
Dungeon Clear Breakdown
Sends a chat message at the end of every run, showing the number of secrets collected by each player and their deaths.
Croesus Chest Helper
Makes managing chests from past runs at the Croesus NPC simple by allowing you to hide opened chests and highlight ones that are still openable with a Dungeon Chest Key.
Crimson Isle & Kuudra Features
Ashfang Gravity Well Waypoints
Creates waypoints for Ashfang’s three Gravity Orbs, allowing you to bring Ashfang Followers to them to kill them while avoiding being pulled in yourself. Note that this feature requires the Waypoints mod to be enabled.
Kuudra Alerts
Notifies you of important events in Kuudra, such as when the Ballista has been built or fueled, when a Dropship is nearing the center, and when Kuudra gets stunned.
Show Kuudra Health
Lets you see Kuudra’s health inside of the boss, so you no longer have to guess it based off the bossbar.
Kuudra Timer
This option, found under the Timer feature, times how long each section of the Kuudra boss fights takes you.
Hoppity Features
Hoppity’s Chocolate Factory
Shows all stats about your Chocolate Factory and the Rabbits working there in one place, giving you insight into the factory’s inner workings. It’s also able to calculate the best upgrade to invest in and play a chime when a Rabbit appears in the menu.
Hoppity’s Egg Hunt
Provides various features for Hoppity’s Hunt Event every Spring, including waypoints for all possible Egg locations, an Egglocator Solver and an Unclaimed Eggs HUD, which you can even set to show outside of Skyblock, to help you claim Eggs as soon as they appear.
Other Features
Etherwarp Preview
Highlights the block you are looking at, letting you know exactly where you’ll be teleported when using Aspect of the Void’s Ether Transmission ability.
Damage Splash Customizer
Lets you customize the text that shows how much damage you dealt to an entity after hitting it. You can shorten the text, change its color, or hide it entirely.
Skyblock Rarity Backgrounds
Colors the background behind an item corresponding to its rarity to help you quickly distinguish the items apart without having to hover over them.
Show Levels as Stack Size
Converts levels or other useful information about an item into its stack size. This means you’ll easily be able to tell the enchantment level a book provides, a potion’s level, a minion's tier, the amount of stars on your item, how many pet candies have been used on a pet, and how advanced your Heart of the Mountain skill tree is, all at a glance without having to hover over the item.
Quiver HUD
Shows how many arrows of your selected type are left in your Quiver, so you always know when it’s time to stock up.
Experimentation Table Solver
Includes solvers for the Experimentation Table’s add-ons and its main Superpairs experiment. The Block Incorrect Clicks feature guarantees you won’t make any mistakes, but don’t worry, if you don’t want to play the experiments endlessly, you can set a Block Clicks Override Key.
Gravity Storm Preview
Creates a circle around the area that will be affected by the Gyrokinetic Wand’s Gravity Storm ability.
Open Skyblock Commands
Lets you open an in-game menu that contains various commands commonly used in Skyblock. You’re able to assign keybinds to your most frequently used commands for quick access.
Tab Widget HUDs
You can add any Tablist Widget as a HUD element, as long as it’s enabled. Additionally, you can choose which islands you’d like the HUD to appear on.
Hide Falling Blocks / Midas Staff Blocks
This feature allows you to hide falling block entities that are made from various item abilities, for example, the Midas Staff. Not only will this help improve your FPS performance, but it will also allow you to see more clearly when using these items.
Automatically Copy Rare Drops
Automatically copies any rare drop messages to your clipboard, so you can quickly show off your newly earned items to friends.
Griffin Burrow Estimates
Highlights the location of the next Griffin burrow after using the Ancestral Spade’s Echo ability, while Mayor Diana’s Mythological Ritual perk is active. This feature is better with the Waypoints mod enabled.
Skyblock Waypoints
Did you know that you can use the Waypoints mod to create island-specific waypoints in Skyblock? Simply navigate to the Lunar Client mod menu, select the Waypoints tab at the top, and then click on Skyblock. This will take you to the Skyblock Waypoints menu, where you can create and manage these island-specific waypoints. You can also share them with friends using the import and export features.
Lunar Client also provides third-party Skyblock mods that will further enhance your Skyblock experience. Unlike the Hypixel Skyblock mod provided by Lunar Client, however, this will only work on version 1.8 while playing on the Forge Module. To access these third-party mods, make sure you are launching the 1.8 Forge Module in the launcher. Next, go to the Lunar Client mod menu by pressing the Right Shift key. Using the top-right search bar, you can search for each mod as we mention them in the article.

Health, Mana, Defense HUDs
This feature displays your Health, Mana and Defense more informatively directly as HUDs allowing you to turn them into scale bars, texts along with resizing and moving them around your screen.
Slayer Tracker
This feature displays the number of slayer bosses slain and their drops as HUDs allowing you to know exactly how much money you’ve made grinding.
Lock Slots
This feature prevents you from accidentally dropping your valuable items on the floor by locking it in place in your hotbar simply by hovering over the item you would like to lock and pressing the Lock Slot Keybind.
Dropped Items Glow
This feature creates a glowing outline on dropped items and changes color based on the item rarities, this allows you to easily spot any items dropped on the floor.
Dungeons:Outline Dungeon Teammates
This feature creates a glowing outline on your party teammates allowing you to spot them through walls in the Dungeon.
Show Critical Dungeon Teammates
This feature creates a critical alert above their head when a teammate is low on health to let you know exactly who to go save.
Fancy Warp Menu
This feature turns the classic warp menu Skyblock has into a more user friendly format, allowing you to warp to any islands and warps with a single click.
Don’t Reset Cursor Inventory
This feature prevents the cursor from resetting to the middle of the GUIs when you are switching between different Skyblock menu pages, this is often useful when switching between the backpack pages.

Profile Viewer
This feature brings up the profile viewer showing their stats, networth, inventories and so much more. You can access this by right clicking on the player and going to the Profile Viewer option or by doing /pv (player)
Skill Overlays
This feature shows informative HUDs for each skill, for example, when Farming, you will be able to see the crops per seconds, currently xp, yaw and much more.
Todo Overlays
This feature shows an overlay that will remind you to do important tasks, for example Crimson Isle Quests, Heavy Pearls timer, Commissions etc.
Storage GUI
This feature shows a custom storage overlay when accessing the storage menu, this makes switching between pages easier and allows you to search and see all pages all at once.
Enchanting Solvers
This feature helps solve the experimental table minigames, prevents any misclicks and saves all your previous Superpairs so you never miss any rare enchants.
Tooltip Price Information
This feature allows you to see price information on auction/bazaar items under the tooltip so you can see the item prices, lowest BIN and more.
Dungeon Profit
This feature allows you to see your chests profit at the end of each Dungeon run so you know exactly what chest to open without any hesitation.
Item List
This feature brings up the item list of every item on Skyblock, using this you’re able to find out how each item is obtained whether they are crafted or dropped from mobs. You can also learn more about each item by opening the official Skyblock wiki directly from in-game.
